Thats actualy a pretty cool idea, you should run with it a little more, and make it more in depth. maybe a story to go with the city. It'd be cool. Maybe even make front page.

One thing i noticed, that i hated. The variations in the sound levels. When the cutting sound fx where used, they where loud, like, really loud.. Compared tot he BG music, which was more mellow. Try and work o keeping the sounds flowing without any hard cuts like that. Also, fade the music a little better, so that when the really beat music starts, it isnt so sudden.

Other than those one things, Freaking awesome!!!
